Rocky Horror Update (Week 3)

Things have been getting interesting…

My body fat levels seem to be lowering in conjunction with the fitness program, though my waist has officially stopped round 30 in. 

I’ve been able to increase the reps I do by one set every time however, so I believe I’m making decent progress. Been allowing myself one sorta cheat meal a week, which hasn’t seemed to have negative effects, though we’ll see.
